During my recent visit to Pittsburgh, I passed by Dollar Bank on Fourth Avenue. Further down the road I saw a big development on tap. What's going up there? Be nice if it was a new skyscraper. I just hope some nice old buildings weren't destroyed for it. Some really nice facades face that street.

That's ok. I was impressed that Pittsburgh basically has a theater district. Not sure if this will be inside it but ... close enough.
