It wasn't the gap, it's that he was trying to jump up a half story higher.

It's so much fun when the kids come back to Oakland. Although at 22, he should have probably known better.

Truthfully, I have always enjoyed the times that we lived near students. So much to learn, watch and experience! This has a happy ending and it makes a great future story for this young man. OOPS, I mean kid.

It was nice of him to call Qdoba and apologise for the big hole in their wall and the loss of business while it gets fixed.

Wonder how his parents will feel about the bill.

And has anyone asked the girl if it worked? Was she impressed?

At 22, his parents are in the clear. That bill is on him.

I sometimes think these young people are watching too many action movies and playing video games and they think it's no big deal to jump off buildings, leap from moving car to moving car, hang out of airplanes, etc.
They don't realize they can get really injured just falling as little as eight feet.
