Well a normal FHA but, thee are rehab loans, 203k etc. so i wouldn't think impossible.

Though with 2 house deal its different..with the 'free' one being the unit that needs work im not sure I've never been part of a deal like that, im sure someone here has and can chime in though.

This house off Compromise Street is lovely. I'd certainly live there, between being intact and the amazing view.
