I think it is the perfect spot. Out of the way green space with river views and not too far from the trails.

I don't know about the spot and if it is good or not, but I was just thinking about how old I am and how Pittsburgh has changed for the better over my lifetime. There is now a dog park downtown. I feel like I have to pinch myself. I think downtown is getting better and better for residents down there and think it is going to grow pretty fast.

That's great. As if it is a typical neighborhood! But that can easily be used by people in adjacent places (Strip, East Allegheny...).
