Does anyone have any companies they can recommend for replacing sidewalks and a curb in the city? The water line to my house broke this winter, and Penn American had a crew come out and replace the damaged part, but what is left behind is in horrible condition also, so I would like to get it replaced.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Baleno Concrete does really good work, but they aren't the cheapest and their summer schedule fills up fast, so call now even if you don't plan to do the work for a few months.

Another thing you can do is just walk around your area looking for good sidewalks and note the company stamp imprinted in the concrete.

Good concrete guys fill there schedule up fast, i am booked into August for concrete.

If penn american was the one who damaged it, they will be the one to repair it. If i was you i would call them to find out when it will get done. They use an independent company called liberty fuel to do there repair work. They wait until they have enough work before they schedule an area.

They repaired the section that was damaged from the water line break, now I need to have the rest replaced. I had been putting it off anyway, but now it just looks twice as bad since there is a new section.

One more thing, if any of the damage is due to roots from a city tree, then you can get a partial reimbursement from the city.
