Hello. I am moving to Pittsburgh for medical treatment and I'm looking for an apartment. I don't know anything about Pittsburgh and wanted to get some information on the East Liberty area. I came across an affordable apartment called Fairfield apartments and would like to know if anyone had lived there and how do you feel about the complex?

I live in East Liberty and it's a safe area. I walk everywhere and any time of the day and haven't experienced any issues. Those apartments are close to a lot of amenities, but I can't speak to their quality or services available. One thing you may want to be aware of is that across Larimer, on Broad across from those apartments is soon to be a major construction site for more affordable housing so there may be some noise and construction traffic for the next 18 months.
