I have really only been able to find fresh figs at Trader Joe's, and it is a very short season and they sell out very fast. Dried figs are available everywhere year round.

It is possible to grow fresh figs in this part of the country, although there is work involved. There are still some Italian old timers who wrap their fig trees in burlap to survive winter, and some even move them inside.

Much better than Whole Foods. Better service, better prices. Going to bet fresh figs will be included.
Really? Wow. Pittsburgh is becoming the hotbed of the market wars.. Giant Eagle be doomed.
