They have to announce the "finalists" before they make the decision.

Very likely they’re a past member, but does that make everything they’re saying wrong?

Well, didn't we all join at some point in time?

Although, giving the history of trolls on this forum who went to Penn State, maybe you're on to something. I have a policy of not repping anyone until they've been a member for a month.

The "Boston is too expensive" argument is out the window.
Geez, that is a lot of space! Guess I am back on betting on Boston. It is probably a done deal, but they want to use other city's proposals as leverage for the deal they get. Boston is a perfect location in reality.

Without an official source, its just more hearsay really, and also they are likely doing the same thing in other cities. Before they make a decision they would want to know exactly whats available and for how much.

I'll be honest, this Amazon deal is a done deal. They are moving into Boston. They aren't going to add a million in office space to a location they aren't moving into. This deal is done.

Sorry but the only way you'll be honest is to admit you have no idea.

They.Already.Have.Employees.In.Boston. This is simply Boston growth, and it says that it is not related to HQ2 and started months before.

Amazon’s Seaport search reportedly began months before the company announced in September that it wants to build a second headquarters — envisioned as a vast campus big enough for 50,000 workers — and before Boston emerged as a top contender for that project. And it is being conducted separately from the headquarters competition, sources say.

This is a prime example of actively ignoring parts of what was written to achieve the desired result.
