Oh please, this isn't all at once. You are not well informed of what even the RFP stated. Come on.

The market can indeed handles what will take 20 years to do. Seriously, wow.

The culture and local economy cannot handle this. Not after years of decline and economic stagnation. It is too much at once. We need growth over a variety of sectors, not one huge boom where few people qualify for the work.

There are a lot of people that feel the same way I do. There will be a movement of resistance against this HQ should it happen. City data world doesn’t allow everybody’s opinions to be captured on here.
A "movement of resistance"? Why? By whom? Gamers living in mom's basement who will no longer have an excuse for not working?

Seriously, get some skills and move forward.

Well I have heard that Amazon plans on using drones to drop 50 story office buildings on day one, then hyper looping in 50,000 workers on day two, who then on day three will pay $500k for every house in Pittsburgh. The real secret to this is that on day four everyone who doesn’t work for them will be enslaved to clean the toilets of Bezos and his overlords.

Although I have absolutely no horse in this Pittsburgh race, you people are attacking the poster (Embassyone), rather than debating his claims. Consequently, his/her posts, to me, carry significantly more credibility that most of the attackers.

You apparently don't know the history of this forum where someone has repeatedly created accounts to troll the forum. They get banned. Create a new profile. Get banned. Rinse. Repeat.
