Ugh, that picture looks gross. It looks like frozen cafeteria pizza. How is that "Pittsburgh Pizza"?? I've never seen that anywhere?

When I think of Pittsburgh pizza, I think undercooked with raw dough, sweet lousy sauce and flavorless cheese. No crispness and no really good cheeses being used. Not sure why we like raw pizza, but we must. I don't know why we aren't a pizza town, but we aren't. Vincent's was a big deal when he was alive, but it has never been the same. That place had a line out the door, didn't deliver and opened at 5pm. I loved that pizza back then.

You obviously like it well done. If you ask, any pizza place will leave it in the oven a bit longer for you.

Has anyone tried the pizza (or anything) at new Strip District Italian restaurant Dianoia's Eatery? It is the next place I want to try.

Better be very good at $21 for a one topping pizza.

Say what? Sounds like a huge profit. Then again rent is probably sky high. I just don't get places like this. I have relatives in the restaurant biz and it's crazy.

Someone who invents an automated pizza making machine could make a fortune.

Ah, but maybe it won't have the dreaded soggy center crust.

Goodjules and I brunched here. It’s absolutely divine—albeit expensive.
