Call the tow company they use, it should be posted on the lot. I am sure they will tell you who has the lot and what the permit should look like.

It’s not considered an residential area so no tenants are allowed to purchase permit stickers, and there is no parking. There was an issue with the city parking authority. They had to pay the residents back their money. It’s something nfs awful. No wait list either to get parking. You must call the office every day to see if a space opens up. I found this out after I gave an deposit. I’m pretty upset.

If it was me, I would go to the rental office and offer the workers a finder's fee to get you legal parking, I am sure a couple hundred dollars would get you to the top of the non-existent waiting list.

Heh. Some of us pay our landlord's water, too.

Bro, you are getting bent over. Just move already. I am sure there is another rental out there which will be less of a hassle for you.

Sounds like you got a raw deal, but at least there IS parking to be had, even if it is a few minutes walk.

I knew a woman in Rome, Italy who explained where she and many others kept their cars. The parking there is incredibly scarce, so she is resigned to parking a large distance away and uses her car on those generally rare occasions.
