Randomly came across this.

Seems really cheap for what it is: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3...11642488_zpid/

Wonder if there are issues or just its too much house for anyone’s realistic use as it been in the market for quite awhile I see. I’m not that familiar with the area but don’t think it’s considered bad.

On a related note I hate that all real estate listings now use terribly over saturated hdr photos

Anyone else notice photos of listed homes for sale now seem to be enhanced, colorized, touched up whatever to look pretty? Someone playing with the options on their digital camera.

Beautiful home. Maybe because it's Brentwood? Good town but there are better towns for the money..
