Does anyone know if we need to email/call somebody in order to obtain prior permission before scheduling a wedding or engagement photo shoot on Carnegie Mellon grounds?

Or can we just show up and do it?

I would just show up and do it, but that is how I roll. Who the heck is really going to say anything? How long are you going to be there? 30 minutes?

Agree with Jay. Ask the police if they or someone else has to give permission (since its private property).

Congrats!

Thanks for the replies. I managed to get ahold of one of their photo/video coordinator and if it's for personal use, we can just walk in and use it. If it's for commercial use, you have to sign agreements and notify them and such.
