i agree with you in spirit, but no - people ARE entitled to health care in their first year of life at least, and an educational environment that is conducive to learning (adequately heated/cooled structures, competent teachers, materials and books, schools without violence, etc.) up to 12th grade.

I agree on this one. EVERYONE should have a solid 12 year education for free. After that, you're on your own. And for sure, this healthcare system needs to be fixed.
