Tomorrow is when everybody reports to Latrobe. It's like a family reunion, and it signals the end to a long off-season. Finally we'll get real football news, as opposed to, "Did you hear what Player X said about Player Y and Coach Z?" or "Mock draft version 12.1," or "Who are the most overrated and underrated players at each position?" or, sadly, "What are Player X's political views?"

I’ll be glad when training camp gets into full swing.

I’m over a lot of the drama, especially with Bell and Brown. They’re a couple of clowns and I’m hoping someday soon they shut up and play ball. They’re reminding me wayyyyyy too much of Owens, Johnson, Dez, etc...

I also have never understood going to watch a team practice, unless you are under the age of 10. And I am a big football fan. Maybe the news can let us know what kind of sammich big ben has for lunch?

It’s a great time.

Stiller news is big news no matter what it is.

Two reasons:

1. There's been no football to watch in six months, and the fans want a fix. The NFL has the longest off-season of the four major professional sports leagues.

2. It's a golden opportunity for fans to see their favorite players up close and personal, away from the crowds and the chaos of the city, in a more remote setting.

Just think of NFL training camps as conventions for football fans. I've never been interested in fan conventions for cartoons, comic books, science fiction or video games, but I don't insult the maturity of those who attend them.
