if we win, that is like advancing to Go and collecting $200. and with that, some breathing room.
Only thing I’d like more is if it was a 4:05/4:25/prime time game.

i miss those days - just about every game was at 1PM, with the occassional 4pm game, and maybe playing Monday night once a week. it was a big deal if we were on Mondays TWICE in a season.

I am a curmudgeon, i guess - i don't like Thursdays AT ALL for starters, with the exception of the holiday games, and maybe one or two others during the season. I think at one time, besides Thanksgiving, there were just that - one or two other Thursdays with games, probably only to alleviate home team scheduling problems with baseball, or other factors.

And Sunday nights? It's time to wind down. I don't like the hype extended all the way to bed time. No one is forced to watch, sure, but the fact games are going on means some fans who are at saturation level (again, the old codgers like me) are missing out.

But hey, the audience and revenue are there, for the league. Its not a charity. I just with it were all on Sundays, 1-7pm, and that's it. A DAY of football for fans, not a lifestyle.

I gotta think Bell comes back, but if not I hope Tomlin doesn’t run Conner into the ground. It’s a big reason Bell hasn’t come back yet.

Halfway through the season
on pace for over 2100 total yards and 20 TD's
and they didn't really even use him in 2 games.

thats only impressive to me because im a pitt guy though.

Hopefully Bell comes in and and takes some of Conners garbage time carries so he doesn't get too banged up for the playoffs.

I'm with you on that one. It was either 1 or 4 with the occasional Monday Nite Football. Damn, why do things have to change?

Lol. Nobody said his season hasn’t been impressive. However, thinking he’s better than Bell is like thinking Mahomes is better than Ben, Brady, Rodgers, etc...

Barring injury to Brady or Mahomes, it’s going to be a a short playoff run unless they get much better.

I’d like to see NFL football from Thursday-Monday, however, I do think I would saturate the market for many.
