Showing that corporate welfare works very well. Imagine how many companies we would still have here if we knew then what we know now.

I've been noticing 1 in 5 cars happen to be a Luxury Vehicle, the numerous construction projects for housing, start off around $500K for a 1 bedroom with rent hovering around $1500 ( with an average closer to $2000).
Banks and leasing companies own those cars. That's been the case for years. All you need is good (or just decent) credit and you can buy or lease anything you want..... if you're willing to saddle yourself with huge monthly payments.

What? You're HAPPY that the poor are being displaced? Kidding, right?

Easy to say sitting in the wealthy and safe North Hills. I have been living in poor and crime filled transitional neighborhoods. I live with the constant threat of my apartment and car being burglarized. It wouldn't be out of the ordinary to see a neighbor arrested. A massive gentrification by Amazon would do wonders for Pittsburgh.

But won't that put you out of the area as well. And not all of the North Hills is wealthy, not by a long shot.
