I love their gin. I enjoy their bottle labeling parties. Free drinks!

My latest local favorite is Maggie's Farm Falernum. It's a spicy citrusy beverage. I like it on the rocks. I don't know if it's technically a liqueur, but that's how I'd describe it.

I've never even tried their whiskey just because of the price. Come on, it's local.

I have tried and liked Maggies Farm Rum, but it too is over priced.

Thanks Goodjules! I was unaware Maggie’s made a falernum so now I can stop making my own at home and give theirs a try.

FYI it’s great in a Bee’s Knees by the way...one of the best drinks I have ever had in my life was the Bee’s Knees at The Club Car on Nantucket, and falernum is their secret ingredient.

I've never had a Bees Knees. I'll have to try it. And how do you make Falernum?

It’s a multiple day process, but you soak roasted almonds in high proof rum for a day or two, then add lime zest and soak for a day or two, then strain, and add lime juice (and fresh ginger if you like) and simple syrup.

Wow! Too complicated for me. I'll stick to splurging on Maggie's Farm.
