This sure looks like an interesting building. I would like to go when it opens just to enjoy its history and architecture. I will have to ride by this and really have a look at it. I have seen it and admired it in the past, but that location isn't for me. They say they want to hire local residents, but to be honest that usually doesn't work out very well, but let's hope for the best.

What is the vibe in Hazelwood now? I have a feeling it is going to take off at some point with all those investors sucking up the properties. The area down by the river is going to go nuts and this could be a great little area if it can fully gentrify. Let's hope it can be great again.

So excited for this project. I hope the Beltzhoover Homestead (1794) and Old Stone Tavern (West End, 1784), two of the city's oldest buildings, can be restored to productive use as well.

I do love that building. Fun to watch. Glad someone else thinks it is cool.

With the West End up and coming .. sort of .. I would have thought the Old Stone would be back in business by now..
