the ones closer to st mary church will have a view, but the the downhill units would have to be extremely tall to not be obstructed from the new house on the corner and apartment building next to it.

I'm sure they will be nice though. Its nice to see a mix of new things being built in the neighborhood.

The old saying. There is only so much view to go around. Wonder what the cheapest view from up there can be had?

Just searching around up there not many cool places with a view, but I really like these places. Not a view of the city, but wow, how cool.

nope, the buildings across the st are 3+ stories so it will obstruct the view completely for most of the units.

I've been through a few of those Bailey park houses and have been in this one specifically. Even though they don't all have direct views of downtown, the view is unique and very cool. Its one of the more interesting projects around Pittsburgh IMO.

I really like contemporary homes and they are so rare around here. Nice to see something different for a change.

Sad to see that vintage cool house demoed for more trendy concrete block and boring blah.

I recall a news story about 20 years ago when someone climbed into the house via the side porch..
