Things that adults condone, you get more of it from kids.
When I lived in Lawrenceville, I had people tell me the "polite" thing to do with litter on the street was to push it into the sewers.

Interesting contrast. In the suburb I grew up in we didn't litter out of respect. That suburb is still pretty darn clean.

Where do these non-residents come from?
from other parts of the city, perhaps? non-residents OF THE STRIP. the topic is the Strip District.

Yet you said it while “the topic is the Strip District.”

part of my comment:

a comment seemingly referencing to mine:

"... (despite the false narrative on here that "suburbanites trash the neighborhoods".

my reply:

and no one said that. people on here often read one thing and extrapolate a bigger, or different meaning.

so, come again? you lost me in your THC-deluded drivel.

Except you brought it up while the topic was the strip district, and even outside the Strip you’re assuming it’s from non-residents. I’d wager there’s an equal contribution from both residents and non residents. There’s litter everywhere and obviously many residents certainly aren’t interested in helping to clean it up. They choose to live amongst the filth.
