I was particular to Pino's. There used to be one on Murray in Squirrel Hill but I don't think it's there any more. There's another one on Reynolds between Hastings and Gettysburg in Point Breeze. They have a nice little sidewalk cafe-type seating area too. It's a bit pricey though, as it's more of a "gourmet" pizza place. Really good stuff though.

Il Pizzaola (sp) in Mt. Lebanon has fab thin crust pizza. We were meaning to go there before we left the 'burgh but didn't make it. The prices are kind of high, as well - $9 for a GLASS of wine???? But still, good pizza.

Burgh's in Bridgeville is the second runner up, as far as the South Hills go. Charleston is not known for its pizza, but we've managed to find a couple awesome places in town. There's not the big Italian population down here, so unlike the 'burgh there's not a great pizza place every few miles.

Azzeria (used to be My Brick Oven) on Banksville is good for this, too.

Excellent Pizza at Villa Reale. Good choice. I'm still a Fiori's and Bado's pizza fan. Burgh's pulls in a third. I'd rank Villa Reale my 4th favorite choice.

My all time favorite pizza is at Luciano's. There are restaurants in the North Hills and in White Oak.

Italian Village has good NY Style Pizza if you specifically want NY style. I personally like Bella Notte in the Strip District, Campiti's in Dormont, and Vesuvio's in Center Twp.

Is tom & carol's still around? I hope so because we are moving back to the area where they deliver and the chili cheese pizza is killer!

R & B's downtown on Smithfield. I swear there's crack in the sauce.

Picolo Forno in Lawrenceville has good Italian style pizza, though not as good as it used to be. I know an ex-chef, who moved to Azeria in Dormont on Banksville, which is also good.
