We are planning to buy a home with Ryan Homes in North Fayette PA. Is there any Asian or Indian community in Fayette Farms in Ryan homes? Also do you have any reviews for the community?

Oh I just realized, are you asking about Asian or Indian home owners in that specific community? There are various maps that break down demographics but not to the level of a single development that I know of.

That census block is, according to Social Explorer, about 2.5% Asian. Or was in 2010. Might be higher now.

There are more Asians further north in the Township near Robinson Town Center, but not a large number. The South Hills South Asian community remains very much a Scott Township/Mt. Lebanon/Upper Saint Clair thing, with some spillover in South Fayette.

This article was just in the Observer-Reporter, apparently there are a bunch of Indians in SF now. Go to the SF Township website and right at top center is a button to translate it to Hindi!!

South Fayette has been booming this decade, with the single largest increase in public school enrollment of anywhere in the county, so it wouldn't surprise me if there was a rapid demographic shift.

North and South Fayette are totally separate municipalities however, and don't even share a school district.

Yeah, I like the area down there in general. I feel like you get a good mix of things around while having some space. If you like newer construction there is much more that way than closer into the city.
