Harry was a good man. I think it was great how he was a middle of the road democrat. He crossed party aisles to get legislation passed. Hopefully the south hills neighborhoods of the city promptly votes another moderate voice in office. We need more middle of the road voices on both sides of the aisle.

These is a big difference between these voters and the ones in the east end. Two different types of democrats for sure. Two different worlds right in the city limits

LOL @ moderate. He’s a conservative nutjob who wanted to mandate funerals for aborted fetuses. He’d be a Republican in any other metro. Good riddance.

Well, he is a funeral director - maybe it was all about the Benjamins for him

That’s what it’s about for most all of them. You don’t get rich, especially super rich, on a politician’s salary.

Who is expected to oppose Benham?

Interesting to see how it plays out. I just don’t see that part of the city as your modern day liberal. It’s middle of the road and conservative Democrat
