You can undercount infected individuals, but you can't really undercount deaths. Again, let's wait a few weeks, and we'll see who is right.

Yes I understand, but we are still far behind other countries in testing and do not know the scope of how much this is really spreading IMO. Kudos to Pennsylvania for at least upping the testing capacity at the state lab to 150 a day

A long time investor, and especially one that knows real estate, would know that times like these are when one can make the most money.

I think the US is doing a great job and thank you Trump for stopping flights from China. That was HUGE and saved a lot of lives.

The progress in the US is slow. 22 deaths and if it didn't happen to hit that assisted living place in WA, the deaths would be much lower.

I think we are two or three weeks out to understand the scope of all of this. So far in Pittsburgh nothing has changed other than the reaction of some people buying a ton of dry goods, sanitizer and TP. Other than that nothing is different yet.

Wishing all of you the best as I always look out for you all above myself.

Well, UPMC, Allegheny Health Network, and Excela says they've been testing some patients in the area but so far all have come back negative.

Does anyone have any idea how many hospital beds there are in the region.

My God, the self delusion of these people are going to cost real lives.
