Now to add something of importance as I have to school people so they can attempt to keep up. As I stated a while back hospitals are bored. I am WAY ahead of the local media. I am surprised they don't just let me write some articles for them to help. For a fee of course, but still.

I think it’s due to many trips to the Strip.

So you think medical doctors are good investors? Good pool players? ha, ha, ha

I can assure you, that most aren't well versed. Most are focused.

My point is simple, but I suspect you folks won't get it. What else is new? Seriously, I know a lot of powerful people and they are good at what they are good at. Get out of their field and they aren't all that. There are exceptions, but believe me I schooled many of them in real estate and investing.

I saw Karen Stickel for sessions for about a year.
I recommend her. Her office is literally two block away from the Fox Chapel Yacht Club.

Alcohol is for relaxing.
Alcohol makes grandiosity worse. In all seriousness, sarcasm and tongue-in-cheek snark are one thing - but the delusions of grandeur are something else and are becoming a bit concerning.
