I can assure you, that most aren't well versed. Most are focused.
My point is simple, but I suspect you folks won't get it. What else is new?
Seriously, I know a lot of powerful people and they are good at what they are good at. Get out of their field and they aren't all that. There are exceptions, but believe me I schooled many of them in real estate and investing.

Seriously, I know a lot of powerful people and they are good at what they are good at. Get out of their field and they aren't all that. There are exceptions, but believe me I schooled many of them in real estate and investing.
