Coincidentally the home we bought on the North Side was listed by a colleague in your wife's office. Small world.

Detective SCR. Yeah we were a smaller office when joining 3 years ago but it has grown a lot w/ 5 offices now but the main is in Bellevue/Avalon. Just a good fit for us, not into the big corporate broker which are fine for some.

It likely would have sold already if we could do showings but already lots of requests. The buyers are still out there in spite of everything else.
