Well, I did a drive through a Mickey D's to get a Coke with my mask down.

Yeah and I rode my bike without a mask, so I could breath. I was over 10 feet way from everyone walking, but I take full responsibility. Sorry about the increase.

A random COVID experience...

I had to buy a car during this and I have to say it was one of my more enjoyable car buying experiences I have ever had. Completely over email and phone and took less than 2 hours. Picking it up tomorrow after the test drive. If one thing doesn't go back to "normal" after this it would be the misery that is car shopping, but perhaps it was the dealership.

Desperation often equals adaptability. Unfortunately, Wolf is a clown and stopped PA dealers from selling cars until just recently. PA was amongst only 3 states that weren’t allowed to sell cars, and most people who wanted/needed a vehicle went to Ohio and WV before PA was allowed to start selling cars again.

Yeah the dealer was able to easily adapt once they felt comfortable with bringing people in as this is how they handle all of their out of state sales. The process was already in place.

Well Wolf is going to announce more counties opening Friday. I hope Allegheny County will at least get to the stupid yellow phase. Maybe the kids can ride a damn skateboard someday, since there are no deaths to them and they are stuck because we are too dumb to protect old and weak people. Ah well, it is what it is.

Errrrmmm....

1.) It’s nice to see erieguy mad at someone besides me for a change of pace; and

2.) Seguing halfway back to the thread topic, do any of you plan to hop the border to WV or OH since those states are reopening more businesses while it looks like Allegheny County’s businesses will stay shuttered for a long time yet? I don’t think I can go another month or two without a hair cut. I don’t want my colleagues laughing at me.
