My employer is currently targeting early July as potentially rolling people back into the office. We are a small startup in the Strip District.

Do y'all feel that that's too early at this point?

I don't but that is me, I personally was not worried about it for myself. I would think July is pretty reasonable, our state has been overly strict on things and even schools here can resume in June so I think business in July is being very conservative. We are in the single digits of cases mostly even if you were worried about it.

Without knowing if you have pre-existing conditions or oldness, it's tough to say. I've been back at work for a while now, no issues.

There's been a bit of talk of a first wave of people going back in mid July. I have some colleagues who aren't really worried about being at work, but they don't drive and take the bus, and they're worried about that.

I never stopped working. The non-essentials are starting back as of this week but still with a lot of precautions and restrictions in who can be in the building at what time and many many rues about social distance. None of this worries me much but I have also had to go back to taking the bus and that is a little more of a concern.

July seems reasonable at the moment for a small company. I work for a large corporation and they are talking about September most will still be working from home.

With the protests, things will be getting interesting with COVID numbers coming up.

No set time has been given. However, our lease is up at the end of July, and our office is going to move, so I am sure I will have to spend some time physically on site in the next two months cleaning out physical files and packing stuff up.

Essential worker here who never stopped going into the office. As long as your employer prioritizes social distancing, mask-wearing, and sanitizing I see no reason not to go back immediately. Then again you can be like my employer and “hide” that someone on our floor tested positive.

Yeah. I rode the T today. For some reason they are still running 2-car trains. It was impossible to social distance. Since the city needs the almighty parking tax revenues I can either start riding the bus to the T starting tomorrow or walk to the T like I used to.

Doesn’t the city need all the tax revenues it can get, especially now?
