Two or three weeks of sunny 90 degree weather? I know we are a growing tech hub, but we don't need to copy southern California weather to do it. THIS IS MADNESS!

This is absolutely WONDERFUL. Only bad thing about this is the pools being shut down. Feel bad for the kids. On a personal note I ruck ( walking w/35lb backpack) and can honestly say that the extra warmth has greatly benefited my workouts. I gotta peek at the forecast last night and it was wall to wall 90s...All smiles this way.

At some point the temps and precipitation will level out as expected. Having said that, with everything going on right now this is an unexpected and welcomed break from the norm.

It feels like the summer of 1988, only not as hot and not as smoggy.

Yeah, this would be great weather if you want a desert climate. No trees, rivers, lakes, or wooded trails. It actually takes rain to maintain our beautiful greenery.

This weekend has been awful. We've had to retreat indoors due to the stifling heat after 11:00 AM basically every day. Can't wait till we get some more overcast days in the high 70s.

Being from up there I remember those hot days in an area where most of the houses don't have air conditioning or even good cross ventilation.

Yeah, it blows my mind that people want more sun than we get. In the winter, I can understand that (though I personally prefer snowy). In the summer, we already get sunshine about 55% of the time. I can't imagine the thought of it being this bright and hot every day.
