The cool thing about viruses is that people being dumb will bring them home to you.

They want it both ways. They don't want to feel constrained and yet if they get ill, they want their insurance to pay up. Heck, I feel constrained, but I wear pants in public.

Wow. I wonder how close that is to SCR? He’s in Marshall Shadeland I believe.

My street. Three doors away. Police are frequently called to 3004 Cake Way, so I'm not surprised. 40 shots fired in two separate shootings last week.

It is what it is. I didn't buy into Marshall-Shadeland because I liked the neighborhood. I bought here because there were few neighborhoods left in my budget.

It's just not that big of a deal and I'm struggling to understand what valid reasons some people would have to it.
Because I'm not an idiot. If this "virus" were so deadly, we'd all be dead by now because... germ masks don't protect you from a real virus. Hello???

Your own CDC told you this.
Quote:
Disposable medical masks (also known as surgical masks) are loose-fitting devices that were designed to be worn by medical personnel to protect accidental contamination of patient wounds, and to protect the wearer against splashes or sprays of bodily fluids (36). There is limited evidence for their effectiveness in preventing influenza virus transmission either when worn by the infected person for source control or when worn by uninfected persons to reduce exposure. Our systematic review found no significant effect of face masks on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza.

Your own WHO told you this.
Quote:
The World Health Organization is recommending healthy people, including those who don't exhibit COVID-19 symptoms, only wear masks when taking care of someone infected with the contagion, a sharp contrast from the advice given by American public health officials who recommend everyone wear a mask in public.

Even your own Saint Fauxci told you this.

While I personally wear a N95 mask to the grocery store for my personal protection, I think everyone should watch this doctor, and get an informed opinion on the mask issue.

The doctor starts speaking at 38 seconds into the video.

I don't buy his argument and neither does my son who is a pulmonologist. This guy is an ophthalmologist and his expertise has nothing to do with viruses and how they are spread. I think that disinfecting surfaces has the least benefit. I hear schools talking about deep cleaning and I wonder how beneficial it is to deep clean classrooms and hallways at night. My gym disinfects and cleans equipment twice a day, but they don't clean the parts that are actually touched such as barbells and dumbbells. OTOH, everyone touches the door handle when they enter the gym. They won't leave the door open due to air conditioning.
