Sadly, I read that the rumor is Burlington is moving there. A strange choice for that location.

Seems like Burlington is downsizing. Which makes sense, because their current space is pretty cavernous and under-utilized.

The question is, will anyone else move into the former Burlington space?

Seems like they have big footprints, but tend to occupy cheaper spaces.

I suppose one of the few good things about the decades long process for the land near the stadiums is that they can adjust to the demand for housing and away from office space in a WFH world.

Change of plans: Offices out, residential favored as part of latest North Shore development
