I visited Burgettstown many times 20 years ago when they were building the sewers. Those were needed. Before the real sewer system and treatment plant was built I remember one house's sewer lateral terminated eight feet above grade. Look out below!

Weirton is pretty nice nowadays. You can at least eat at restaurants and bars in WV
