The FACT is more people are murdered in Pittsburgh by ghetto psychopaths than anyone else. Yet you condone it.

The BBC documentary on psychopaths that I watched last week stated unequivocally that the disorder is a brain defect they're born with. It's not caused by environmental factors. So ...the question that needs to be asked is why aren't we intervening to prevent this disorder from being passed along to offspring? Parents need to be screened for this problem themselves and told what they're bringing to the world.
