You’ve posted more than anyone else in this thread. You’ve literally invested more of your time than anyone. Just curious why.

Why not? I have plenty of time…and after all, you started the thread, and even felt the need to cuss in the first post over it, lol.

Nah, I just see no reason to change the name, especially since it doesn’t affect anyone’s life, just more cancel culture nonsense.

Ugh, who cares about Columbus, really. The story here is sculptor Frank Vittor. Still not sure when he sculpted for Il Duce, but a 1931 article reflects that he already had the commission at that time. This is mentioned in a 1931 article wherein Vittor was complaining that the County was accepting a low ball bid from a granite company to complete a stone tablet memorial to the victims of a McKees Rocks ferry accident. In defending his high bid, Vittor stated that he was an artist, and that art was like a beautiful woman, with some worshiping her and willing to give her anything, whereas others simply take everything from her and give her nothing. That last bit sure sounds like Trump's approach to art, woman, and American democracy.

You’re posting in a Columbus thread so you must care, and still deflecting to because Trump so you obviously care about him too, and as much or more than Vittor, lol.

Is there an argument that Vittor used Mussolini's head/face as a basis for Columbus's face in the Pittsburgh statue? They certainly aren't dissimilar.
