There is quite a large increase in home sales for fayette and somerset counties. Interesting indeed.

Blasphemy!!
EVERYONE wants to live in a $1,500 per month 'luxury' apartment thats within walking distance of a coffee shop owned by a non-heterosexual, polyamorous, biracial, non-gender-binary, disabled couple who came to this country as refugees and now sell coffee for $10 a cup in cups emblazened with Kevin Sousa's portrait (as 10% of the profits will go to funding his latest poverty porn restaurant) and then they can ride their unicycle to volunteer at a supervised heroin injection site while daydreaming plans to fire the remaining ten police officers and replace them with social workers.

Maybe people like the countryside and living there. I do. I am a big fan of Westmoreland County. I’m thinking of moving there.

As a 20 year real estate vet, I can tell you this in simple terms, as I am sure you need it.

1. If prices near the city or in the city are super high, people will move where they can afford. That is out of the city area.
2. Real estate is crazy right now because the government is giving away money because if they don't we are f'ed. If interest rates rise right now, you might as well kiss your saving goodbye. If people only knew. I don't see this stopping anytime soon, but the democrats WILL f it up at some point.

Smart people like me will continue to make lots of money and take each opportunity that comes. While many others will wallow in self pity with borderline mental health issues about politics.

I may be a minority in my way of thinking, but I will have one of the nicest properties should I choose to move to Westmoreland. I will eat the best foods and pay the most taxes. I probably won’t agree with most if they are extremists, but I will have my own little slice of heaven and live life how I see fit.

I may try to get medical marijuana and give up my rights to own a firearm and sell my pistol. I take life as it comes.

This is your nightmare but not reality. Who lives that way really? Very few people live that way and you are upset because of it? Why do you care? I live my life on my own terms. I couldn't care less about what others do.

WOW!!!! You get it! You might be the only person on here that I would want to have a conversation with.

You really get the big picture. I don't say that often. You grew beyond the angry losers with a new founded voice via the Internet. You know the people living in fake internet worlds.

Well stated!! You da' man.

It’s wallowing in self pity and borderline mental crazy. When you realize the amount of opportunities and have self worth there is no time to worry about how others are. I don’t feel bad most people choose to live in their fears or paranoia than conquer to make better lives for themselves. I love westmoreland county. Plenty of extreme crazies there, but I could buy a mountain over there and build a big house and plaster Biden signs everywhere. Not a thing they could do about it.

You should try to do it, but I’d wager Sleepy Joe will be long gone by the time it happens, although the signs will be a nice gesture. Be a big step up from Weirton.

If I move and build on a mountain in Westmoreland county I will give you extra cash to cut the grass. Lord knows your probably need it living in that ramshackle structure with wheels you call a home on the outer fringes of cranberry
