Looking for recommendations for NON-TECH security system (York: home, contractor)

Hello everybody.

I'm a hometown boy who's permanently relocated back home after fleeing New York City after 26 years.

I've moved back in with my parents, taking over ownership of the family home, and I'm looking for a company to install a whole-house security system.

Specifically, I'd like to have security cameras at the front and back doors, with intercoms (yes, the old-fashioned intercoms we grew up with in the '70s).

I don't want anything that's in any way connected to the Internet. No Wi-Fi. And nothing involving the use of an app on a smartphone.

My parents would never use it, and this is primarily for them when I'm not home; I don't want them answering the door to strangers, but I'd like to give them the flexibility to speak to visitors from a safe location inside the house.

It needs to be super-simple: a box or a console with a button or switch. That's it.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a contractor/company who could install something like this for us?

Cost is not an issue.
