Bingo…some can’t understand that not everyone wants/likes what they do.

The blue hurts my eyes but that home will appeal to many.

Yep. To be honest I would never buy a historic home and modernize the interior to such an extent; however, if that's what the trends are these days, then I can't fault flippers for chasing the $$$.

Bingo…not long ago we heard how horrible the flippers were for making homes more modern, , how much money they were making, and gentrification of areas due to the prices.

At this point matte grey walls with white semi gloss trim is no longer modern. This paint scheme is now dated as it peeked in 2015. Bright designer whites and muted tones are all the rage now. I work with flippers and developers. I find myself convincing them to shy away from that color combo all together.

I love the house including the blue exterior. The interior could been thought out little better.

If you’re gonna paint over that beautiful woodwork, you don’t deserve the house.

If you can afford the price, you deserve anything you want

Some of the woodwork was probably painted over in 1957. Lots of damage was done before anyone ever heard of HGTV.

Maybe the woodwork was crap. We weren’t there.

So many judgmental people without knowing anything. Glad I am more welcoming and flexible regarding others tastes. Live and let live more.
