Isn't the irony here that, having invaded Ukraine, Russia did get NATO bombs and HIMARS right on their doorstep, and even if there is the not unlikely compromise you suggest, Russia will likely still have more NATO bombs on their doorstep, and including (now) in Finland (that is, if Dr. Oz can convince his leader to stop threatening to block their membership).

Not sure where we are on that -- Turkey seems to have pulled back -- but some reporting (for example) a month old, suggests they could still halt the process:

Talking about doing thing are positioning isn’t doing. You know that Finland has no nukes, right? They are right there and have had 1/2 their country taken away by Russia. We live sheltered in comparison.

There is way more going on with Russia than our media shows. Way more.

Well said, although I thought making light of a recent stroke victim's aphasia is, at least, one thing that could still unite us as a country.

Uncertain where you’re going with this? Fetterman’s parents are very wealthy. They supported him all his spoiled rotten life.

Do you really thing our country can be united? The Democrats didn’t accept Trump as president and rioted for 4 1/2 years in every city. Unite? The Dems killed that and then this woke mess? Further dividing up by color in the year 2022? Unite? Unlikely, unless we get into a big destructive war, which isn’t our of the question with the likes of Biden. The Democrats divided us on so many levels. It was and is sickening. Where are the protests now? Why are cities quiet when inflation is so high? Oh, the Dems have their president in there. Unite? Ha. The media created solders and they are our kids. Being used to intimidate people that are opposed to them. Our young are being used through media. Unite?

Based off of recent events and activities should Democrats or Republicans for that matter accept Trump? Do you think Trump is acceptable? The Law and Order pro police president turned N.W.A.. He is not the same person that was elected. His colors have changed and goes against the so called “ conservative republican” values. Should democrats overlook this insanity? Or should democrats partake in the game playing craziness? Should democrats even attempt to unite with this insanity? Fvck no. MAGA and Trump destroyed the right and it is irreparable damage. We do not have time for them to address and correct their problem. It is not our problem to solve and this will not correct itself overnight.

Dems and their hurt feelings have been goosechasing because Trump since poor Hillary lost. Good for him for not taking their nonsense…and Sleepy Joe promised unity, and has done the opposite since he took over. He’s taken over as the Great Divider and learned it so well during the last time he was in office. Funny thing is, even Obuma warned us about Sleepy Joe having the ability to screw things up, and oh how we’ve seen that the last 17+ months, lol.
