Some friends moved to an apartment in the South Hills Village area about 5 years ago after retiring. He says for the first time, they're full up on rentals, with no vacant apartments. It's a pretty big place, and not cheap. So I'm thinking with rising interest rates, we'll see a ot of this all over the region and country. Good luck renters.

I think the market is very strong still in our area for renters and buyers of property. We are still cheap for many.
