$120k will buy you a decent house in a nice neighborhood that should allow you a fairly good commute to the airport. But forget acres unless you hit the undeveloped areas and are willing to live with a septic tank maybe well/cistern for water. In Washington County (my beat) that would put you out near Taylorstown, Claysville and other points west of Washington.

How far is that from the airport? How far of a commute would that be? (That would be truly ironic.. move from Washington State to Washington County?)

Taking I-70 then I-79 would make it about an hour or so. I've always considered that a bit of a backtrack though from the points we're talking about. There may be other options like Route 18 over to 22 and 576 but I've never driven them with any consideration for time.
