Didn't know it was. Two towns north of Pittsburgh, Grove City and Slippery Rock, were both dry since they were founded, just within the last few years have they abolished those laws

Bellevue is dry?That eliminates that neighborhood from my relocation list.

It was/is on my list for relocation,too.
"Dry" is just so foreign to me being from
Los Angeles.

Well, there's plenty of other towns close by and bordering Bellevue that aren't dry, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't really know why I'm so bothered by it.I only have a social drink once in a while.I guess I like the idea of walking to have a cocktail(I've heard Bellevue has a nice walkable downtown)in case the mood ever strikes me.

"Dry" means Bring Your Own Wine Bottle. All the restaurants I've been dining at in Bellevue don't charge you cork fee.

I think bellevue will always be dry. My family is from Bellevue, and thats the way its always been. Its not that big of a deal though, you can just walk to Avalon to drink.
