Heh, your numbers are insane. 15K might buy you a crack house in the worst part of the Hill. A crappy one bedroom condo in the southside will probably run you $200K.

Seriously... your numbers don't even begin to remotely make sense. If your looking at condo's which cost less than 15K in downtown and surrounding areas, then you're looking at a property that is not currently in living condition (and would probably need to be brought up to code at considerable expense before even considering moving in).
