So, I may be moving to Pittsburgh in the not-so-distant future, but my wife in in a nursing school track right now. She is just about finished with the prereqs, so she has not officially been accepted to a nursing school. What schools in Pittsburgh would she be able to find?

Is she looking to continue at a University or just through a 2 year nursing school?

Well, if it's a university, I hear Pitt (University of Pittsburgh) has a pretty strong program. There are plenty of other universities in the city (Duquesne, Carlow, Carnegie Mellon, Chatham) and suburbs (Robert Morris, LaRoche, etc.) that probably have nursing programs, as well.

If you're looking for just a 2 year nursing school type thing, I hear Sewickley Valley Hospital has a good one...as well as UPMC Shadyside, West Penn Hospital, UPMC Mercy, Ohio Valley Hospital (McKees Rocks), St. Margaret, Washington Hospital School of Nursing (Washington, PA), maybe even Community College of Allegheny County (probably Beaver & Westmoreland as well)

Oh you'll find what you want here. Actually it's a good choice because Pittsburgh has really come far in the Heath Care Industry.

My wife got her Nursing Degree in Pittsburgh and has been Licensed in Four States now.

Google is your friend, I'm sure you can find something.
