does any one know the names of resturants that you have a choice whether you want to smoke or not smoke..
Did they all go NON SMOKING?

They all went non smoking or at least they should have.

They have to apply for a special exemption, and I believe it's based on the percentage comparison of food sold vs. alcohol sold. So you'll have the best chances in "pub" atmospheres or Private Clubs, where the alcohol sales would be highest...

It's 20%. Plus, if you have two separate dining areas, completely sealed from one another, with separate air filtration systems you may allow smoking.

A bar that serves food may allow smoking, depending on the factors that people mentioned above. A full-on restaurant will be non-smoking.
