I’m looking for an indoor basketball court within a 20 minute drive of the city. I really don’t want to join a gym, since I only plan on using the basketball court, but if it is my only option, I would join.
It would be a plus if this place had multiple courts.

Sometimes Hgh school gyms are open to the public on certain days and times. Otherwise, you would have to join a gym like a YMCA, who always have basketball courts indoors.

ah, ah, ah. The new Downtown YMCA will not have a B-Ball court.

In Mt. Lebo the courts are available at night. Otherwise, you may have to join a club.

St. Raphael Church in Morningside used to rent out it's gym for basketball. The rent was just a few dollars to cover electricity. Give the rectory a call to see if anyone still plays there. Have you considered joining an adult league?

I'm not sure what side of the city you are from cause this is about 40-45 min outside the city but Hot Shots indoor sports arena in Mt. Pleasant just got basketball hoops in and is going to start a league soon. 724-547-5700 is the phone #, the website is hotshots

We are staying near Heinz field, how far away is your church from there?
of course if it works out, we would donate to the church.

thx,
Bob

I guess it is in walking distance if you don't mind walking for about 3 1/2 hours. Might I suggest Uber or Lyft?
