Pittsburgh people are so simple for caring about this. I'm just basing on how it's covered ad nauseum in the Post and on local news, so I'd imagine that a lot of the locals agree.

Also this filming subsidy seems like BS to me, I mean we live in an area where they shot "The Road" arguably one of the bleakest modern novels in residential.

I think it is cool they are setting a medical drama here (as opposed to, say, yet another vehicle leveraging the "iron city" image).

By the way, Friends and Seinfeld were filmed in LA, but basically served as advertisements for living in New York.
