KDKA stated it was only protesters at first, but the crowd drew out the students from their dorms, now they're just squatting on the cathedral lawn.

Many of the anarchists looked just like college students to me.

I don't agree. Just because something didn't happen doesn't mean there was no reason to worry that it might. A poorly aimed rock thrown at a cop doesn't discriminate between its intended target and the window in its path...

Some anchorperson interviewed some anarchist dressed all black who appeared to be some dude in his early 20s. He was asked if his appearance was meant to scare off people or something to that effect.
