Any recommendations on a car audio installer in the Pittsburgh area? I'm looking to have some maintenance done more than anything. Speakers are midrange components (Infinity) plus a specialized compact sub (Stealthbox). Circuit City did the original installation of the components and I've always had good experiences with them, but now they are no longer an option! I was pretty disappointed with the installer that did the Stealthbox installation - I won't mention any names but for the cost I expected much better performance.

I don't have a problem paying for quality work as long as I don't have a salesperson trying to push overpriced amps and cables on me. Suggestions?

Audiophonic's in Indiana PA.

Bruce is a real good friend of mine and his shop people does nice work and he sells both good equipment and also top of the line equipment and there is no pushy salesman trying to get you to upgrade.

I've always gone to T.C. Customized on Rt. 51 -- south of Century III. He has another shop in Pittsburgh somewhere as well.

I don't know if he is considered 'inexpensive' though. But everything he's done for me has been great.
