What are you looking for? Nakama (Southside) typically has a strong "young professional" showing on Thursday nights, from happy hour until around 11pm-midnight.

Go home early, get some rest and be ready for tomorrow night - Light-Up-Night. Best night in the Burgh hands down.

If you are an 80s hipster, Belvedere's in Lawrenceville plays a lot of what was not played on commercial radio in the 1980s on Thursday. It will play music which was Left of The Dial on college radio and in clubs at the time. That is why it really was alternative. It is on Butler Street around the 4100 block.

Yes, 80s night is the big thing for the kids these days. Bippin' and boppin' to their rock music and such.

My husband was at a club with a light up plexiglass floor and while pogoing WENT THROUGH IT -- and the lights got stuck on yellow all night.

Really messed up his head -- that was the night he tried acid....

Would that be considered a good or bad trip?
